Factory Insight: The “Marine Layer” Warning
Living in San Diego means dealing with salt air and humidity. If you are ordering patches for work uniforms that will be worn near the water (fisheries, surf schools, or shipyards), do not rely on Iron-On backing alone. Salt air degrades the adhesive glue over time. The corners will lift.
My advice: Get the Iron-On backing to hold it in place for positioning, but sew a stitch around the edge. It’s the only way to guarantee it stays on your gear for the long haul.

Upload your vector art (.AI, .EPS) or a high-resolution image. If you just have a napkin sketch, that’s fine, our art department will convert it into a production-ready file. Tell us the size and quantity you need.

Approve Your Proof
Within 24 – 48 hours, we will send you a digital proof. This is the blueprint. It shows thread colors, stitch direction, or mold depth. Review this carefully. Once you sign off, we cut metal and thread the needles.

Production Begins
We digitize the tape, set the looms, or mill the CNC molds. The machines run your order. We inspect the first off the line to ensure tension and registration are correct.

Delivered to Your Door
We box it up and ship it. No surprising customs fees or delays. You get a tracking number as soon as the label is printed.

For most patch types, the efficient minimum is 50 pieces. Pricing Logic: The setup time for the machines is the same whether we run 10 patches or 100. Ordering 50+ drops the price per unit significantly.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 days. Complex PVC molds may take a few days longer to mill.
Can you match brand colors?
Yes. For embroidery, we match to the nearest industry-standard thread code. For PVC/Rubber, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for exact matches.
