How do I add to an existing order? +
Please email us immediately. If your order is still in the “Digitizing” phase, we can update the quantity. If “Production” has begun, the additional pieces will be treated as a new order run.
My tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours. +
This is common. Carriers often scan pallets in bulk. If it reads “Label Created,” the package is awaiting the driver’s scan. For APO/FPO, tracking may pause for days at the border before handover to MPSA.
Can I change my backing after production starts? +
No. The backing (Velcro, Iron-On, PVC) is applied during the stitching or molding process. Once production begins, the backing type is permanent and cannot be swapped.
What is the fastest way to get a re-order? +
Simply email your Support Rep with your previous Order Number. We keep your molds and files on file, so re-orders skip the setup/proof phase and go straight to the production line.
