Understanding Your Order Status

1. Order Received

Order confirmed & queued.

2. Digitizing / Molding

Creating the production file or cutting the metal mold.

3. Production

Material is being stitched, woven, or injected.

4. Quality Control

Hand-inspection for threads and trim.

5. Shipped / Ready

Handed to carrier or ready for San Diego Pickup.

Standard Production Time: 7-14 Days. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number the moment Step 5 begins.

Tracking Says ‘Label Created’

This means your order is packed and waiting for the UPS/FedEx driver to scan it at our San Diego facility. Please allow 24 hours for movement to update.

Military APO/FPO Delays

Military mail is handed off to the MPSA. Tracking often stops updating once it leaves the US border until it reaches the base. This is normal.

Local Pickup (Will Call)

If you selected Pickup, do not drive to the factory until you receive the ‘Ready for Pickup’ email. Your order may still be in QC.
